i am feeling ravenous today. for breakfast, i’ve been consistent with whole wheat cheerios, fiber one bran, vanilla soy milk, peanut butter, cranberries & 1/2 banana. for lunch, i had blueberry greek yogurt via trader joes with the other 1/2 of the banana from the am, pumpkin/sunflower seeds & flax seeds lots of tea in between… including my most favorite Chocolate Mint...

so last night, Dim Sum was amazing. i hate a good amount of food and wasnt stuffed. i felt good upon leaving and i cant wait to eat it again soon. breakfast : lychees + vanilla yogurt + peaches + mango smoothie. it was yum lunch : whole wheat cheerios + fat free organic milk + 1/4 banana dinner : moraccon couscous, mustard chicken w/red grapes, asparagus/broccolini/radish...
